Formed in 2002, Cerebrum has purposely remained as a select group of individuals with blue-chip corporate experience in business analysis, project management, software development and web design techniques in order to deliver the highest-quality solutions with the minimum of overheads.

While initially our breadth of knowledge allowed us to provide a huge range of services to our clients, over the years we have honed our skills in the online environment, especially in the open source space. In that time we have also started to create sustainable and enduring partnerships with other agencies.
