About the Client

The CEO Institute was established to help business leaders connect with their peers and share skills, insights, and experience. They facilitate connections through their face-to-face monthly meetings and networking events, creating effective leaders who thrive in today’s dynamic business environment.

Challenge

How do you make it easy for potential new members to find and request the services you offer? What is the best way to promote those services, if your target audience is very specific? How can you not only meet the expectations of members, but even exceed them?

The CEO Institute’s members are organised in user groups, and an online system has to allow them to interact securely in private discussion areas.

The system must make it easy to maintain and update the content and reflect the rapidly changing members’ data, while keeping a modern, clean web presence.

On top of that all, members’ data is stored in a custom-built management information system (MIS), developed by a third party.

Solution

Cerebrum has worked closely with The CEO Institute for over 12 years to grow and evolve their web presence. Using the enterprise content management system TYPO3 as the foundation of the site has allowed us to renew the look and feel of the website several times over that period, while maintaining and improving functionality as required.

Recent updates deliver a fully mobile responsive interface with a range of dynamic and interactive elements to support better user experience. By implementing sophisticated mechanisms to integrate with other systems, member’s profile data is available in real-time and securely transferred between systems.

As part of an ongoing close relationship, Cerebrum provides support, maintenance and enterprise hosting services the CEO Institute can always count on.
